Ran the 200s on the road with my garmin which was kind of tough to do considering the watch isn't that accurate a lover such a short distance. I was averaging 33-34 seconds each repeat with 45 seconds of walking around in between. Can't say it was bad but speed workouts never feel great for me simply because I never feel fast. Lifted after
