huh.
i think first 185lb tbar for 4x9. i felt like throwing up cuz i ate beforehand not long.
pullups. 2x8 overhand grip. felt pretty good actually. then 2x8 neutral but i missed the last 2 reps lol.
1 arm row. did like 4x10 w/ 75. ready for 80. felt pretty good.
155lb rows for burnouts. felt good for getting th traps sore and all.
