Not ready to commit to running every day, so I've been switching it up with hiking on T-mill to work different muscles, work on my hiking, and do some non-impact stuff.

Pretty casual. Hamstrings sore from yesterdays 2xStagecoach Downhill Rep's (10:10, 10:09).
