Comments:
Been my standard route lately...Very rolling with short, steep rollers. Definitely feeling stronger as "easy" is feeling "easier". After coming back, mixed it up with hiking straight up (vs the winding way), kept HR in check the whole run .... Managed to run down hard just once to feel things out ... Everything feels ok from Tue's sesh.
