Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= egg/ chicken/ cheese sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= chocolate milk with a biscuit
Dinner= rice, chicken, salad
Also had 2 bananas.
Went out for a steady 60 minute run. No pains and I felt good.
Went to sleep at 11 and woke up at 6.
