Comments:
6 days into January and I have ran 3 and off three. I need to get a better trend going. I did have problems with my the back and side of my knee the past two days. But I think that just turned outto be a tight calf muscle!
Todays run was fast. I just tried to stand tall, pump my arms and keep a good stride!
