early morning 6am pre-interview lift.
I be doing the bench, 175 for 3x5 today. i think i finally figured out the intricacies of elbow positioning and leg drive. the bench press may look like a straight forward and easy movement but theres more to it than that. i think i need to still figure out wrist positioning and shoulder. pretty much got it but left rear delt feels unusual. did dropset to 155x8 then to 135x8 and burnout set of 135

rows. really didnt feel this today since my grip was freakin shot from bench. did like 2x6 then dropsets. awful. oh well.

saw a powerlifter type dude w/ a Westside Barbell shirt on. i was pretty happy to see that. he was bald with glasses and doing proper warmups etc. he actually looked like one of the dudes that train at westside. doubt it was him tho.

as i was leaving the gym i stop to wait in line for a sec at the fountain for water and out the corner of my eye i see this milf chekcing me out and i get a drink of water and walk and shes like "nice arms!"
