Comments:
4*200, 6*400, 4*200. Most 200's were between 38-40 seconds with a few faster none slower. The 400s were all most 80-81 with one being an 84. During the 400s my back really tightened up, but I did the exercise from the physical therapist and it loosened up enough to finish the workout. I had to have Kat put my hips back in place tonight though...
