40 minute run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= pb&j sandwich
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= rice, chicken, stringbeans
Also had a slice of bread.
Started with 10 minutes of barefoot running and forms. Had 4 50 meter all out sprints. After, I had a 40 minute run and then I worked on handoffs with the 4x200 team. Felt good at the end of the day.
Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 6.
