Comments:
Did a quick warm up on the indoor track and did 6x400m with Caleb on 3 miles rest. We were supposed to hit 63s and we averaged faster than that. Overall it was a good workout for the first speed we have done in awhile. Then we did lots of circuit work with kettle bells and med balls followed by 4x200m on the treadmill at 16mph and 17mph which was fast (well it was 4x30sec so a little more than 200m).
