stupid r-log jacked up the first post, so trying to recall what I wrote. Legs felt better today, but still about 80%... Rode over to backside of Park and did 4 super easy rep's (wearing the HRM and staying in the 157-158bpm range.. On the way back, rode a little harder up Thunder Hill (Got up to 167bpm for, like, 1min) ... Definitely felt better on the way back and was nice to be on the bike today. 1,800' gain
had the day off work, which was great for family time. Got a lot of Sara and Sadez time.
