Comments:
Breakfast= pb&j sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Nothing
Dinner= rice with stringbeans, chicken, and 2 slices of bread
Also had a bottle of water
Ran the 200m and a mile. After, I cooldowned with 6 laps on the upper floor of the RCC. Felt a cramp while running the mile.
Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 6.
