Comments:
Ran the workout on the treadmill. 3 miles warmup. 12 400s at 5:00 pace on the treadmill and felt okay. Full rest in between was about a 200-300m jog in between. The middle few got a little tough but I felt better by the end. 2 mile cool down and lifted after
