Comments:
Ran 20 minutes after eating at the Coop. Not the best idea but only time I had. Bad cramp the entire run and no motivation to run faster. Still 3 miles is 3 miles even if it was slow...
Did manage at the end to run 5 bursts of 90% between poles, mostly because I was annoyed at how poorly the rest of the run had gone
