Weather: Not that cold, a little icy, almost fell while running

Comments:
Breakfast: 2 pancakes
Lunch: chicken tenders and cheese sticks
Dinner: pizza
Sleep: 10:00-7:50
Felt better than yesterday. Shins were better. After run I did core and balance. Did lunges, hot salsa, runners pose, and pistol squats.
