I ran in my neighborhood and basically almost did the same workout we do at fdr. I have a pretty decent sized hill in my neighborhood. I did 3 sets. Very hard run. Hill was a little bit smaller than the one at fdr. In each set I did 3 40m sprints. I felt really good today.
