Comments:
Breakfast= chocolate milk with cheese sandwich
Lunch= slice of pizza
Dinner= ox tail, rice, chicken
Also had more chocolate milk
Found a hilly area, where I did a steady state run and used the hills.
Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 4.
