Went to the Y and did a warm-up. Then I did a mile at .5 incline in 6 minutes. After a 6 minute break I did a 5:30 minute mile at 0 incline. Then after another 6 minutes I did a half mile at 5:30 mile pace at .5 incline. After that I did a mile cooldown.
