Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The first three miles felt okay but I felt like I was working harder than I wanted to be at the beginning of a long run. But after that I finally got into a rhythm and felt good. It was a little hilly and windy so my splits sort of varied but I felt better than I have in a long time. I closed the last 1.5 miles in 6:06 pace and it felt so easy. I needed that finish as a confidence booster considering I've felt like garbage the past two days and never really have a kick. Pretty happy with my run today. Just hope I feel the same for tomorrow's workout
