10 Mile Run On Bayou

Comments:
It was pretty cool. it felt really nice outside with a light wind. I felt pretty good during this run. I am really liking doing 5-10 minutes of warm up drills before runs. I am able to start my runs at a decent pace and then move into my training pace for the run quicker, easier, and smoother. My last 3 miles were 6:58, 7:10, and 6:41. Closing in 6:41 felt great for me. I'm glad I can really pick it up at the end of that long run
