Comments:
Goal of workout was 19 miles. 4 x 800 meters at the end. Did 2 800s at the end before arriving back at the car. Knee tendinitis was bothersome. Decided it was January and best to try to live to fight tomorrow. Going to make an apt. with Mike Lauffer tomorrow.
