Breakfast: boiled egg + cereal
Lunch: chicken teriyaki and brocolli + rice
Dinner: rice and beans w/ roasted beef
Sleep: 9:30-6:00
Felt alright, little sore from my hill workout. Hard workout, especially with the hills in the neighborhood. After run I did some squats. Did 3 sets of 10 reps.
