Weather: 50s, cloudy, great running weather
Comments:
6x300m at AU with one minute recovery mostly with Zeke Jackson, and Silas. I've changed my form up a lot in the past few months, not heel striking so much and trying to stay upright. It definitely paid off today. I felt smooth and even all the way through, never straining, except on the fourth one I think I ran a 52. Nobody called splits officially, but otherwise they all ranged from 49-51. Brief planks at the beginning of practice, I did 25 leg lifts per position and 30 pushups when I got home.
