Comments:
Kicked the soccer ball around for 35ish minutes during lunch, then after class went to the gym.
Started with a 5k Row, staying under 2:00 p/500m pace the whole time. For some reason felt harder than the 10k last week! Damper setting 7.

After the row did 20x:30 on, :30 off with the battle ropes.
