Comments:
Pretty hot, but not super hot. I didn't time each repeat separately so I just paused my watch in between. We had a 2 minute walking recovery in between each repeat. I was really happy that I did all these at 5 minute pace. Most of them were at 54-56 seconds. I had a couple at 58. I was tired after the workout though. My legs were burning more than it was endurance the problem. It was hard keeping that pace up as the workout got into the 2nd half.
