Comments:
Breakfast= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich
Lunch= nothing
DInner= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich, banana, rice, salmon
Also had another sandwich, chocolate milk, and a bottle of water.
After barefoot runs, I did a 30 minute run before going to the handoffs.
Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6.
