Okay so today was really tough, Caleb and I did the tough cut down workout on the outdoor track and then came indoors and did 2 more hours of work including treadmill work, swings, bear crawls, posture work with med-balls and weights, and also med ball passes. Worked really hard today and starting to feel good despite feeling tired.
