Legs predictably felt like shit today - they are not used to the mileage I'm putting them through right now. Just adjustment discomfort. Did a warm-up mile in about 7:55 and then 4 consecutive right around 6:53/mile - which is right where I wanted to be. On the treadmill, it wasn't that taxing, I'm guessing the road would be a slightly different story.
