Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= fish, rice, stringbeans, carrots
Also had a chicken and cheese sandwich, a banana, and a bottle of water
Went out for an easy 60 minute run. No problems with my body. Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 7:30.
