6x 600 meter Repeats

Comments:
It was chilly at beginning of run, but got hot during the repeats. We did a pretty slow 200 meter walk with the whole team together. Once we got to start line, we waited like 15 seconds and then started repeats. I felt really well and the pace felt very sustainable for a mile. I think I did better today than on Monday's 300 repeats.
