ran. the bridge is blocked off to get to the 3mi mark, so the run was a little short. felt good though. hr was low ~152-156. didn't feel tired in the legs. 4x400 @ 70,72,70,71. felt very controlled. good first workout.
lifted-- squat, jerk, deadlift, box stepup, lunges, pullup.
