Comments:
goal: four by 12 minutes. 12 mile run. I slightly altered this one. Did 4 x 2mile repeats. 13 miles total. Sorry El Whapo, I wore my watch despite instructions to leave it at home. Good news was that the data feedback was very impressive. I didnt use it to pace myself while I ran. I just let it run so I had the data when I was done.
