First Workout Back With the Team

Comments:
25 minute Saucon Valley tempo run with the team today after a two mile warm up. Tyler took it out hard to get some separation, but Mahalsky and I were able to stick even though at first it felt like we weren't going to be able to. We would later comment that it always feels hard at first, but you always get into a rhythm that makes it feel a bit easier, just like a good race. I was very happy to be able to stick with those guys today. Did a hard 400 on the indoor track afterwards with Ty and Mahalsky. I finished first although we all ran 59. I had to run around Amanda though because she was in lane 1. Etters commented that I looked smooth. Feeling very good about that one.
