Holy shit this was a good workout. Two sets of 800-600-400 with 800 jog in between each rep. Hit the following with Ty and Mahalsky:

Felt very confident about how smooth I felt just rolling 64's. I can't wait to get that fire going on the track. Shook my legs out later at night after watching Rupp break the AR in the 5k. Unreal.
