2x1mile workout

Did a warm up with Caleb and then did a workout that was 2x1mile with 3 minutes rest. The goal was to hit two miles in the 4:30s. The first one I came through in 2:15 and then didn't feel great but still finished in the 4:30s. But I felt not great and knew the second one was going to be rough. I did the second one in 5 flat which is nothing to talk about, just felt rough and it was tough doing it by myself (Caleb did a different workout). Cooled down a little bit and then went to indoor and did 2 circuits with a little treadmill work and some explosive stuff thrown in at the end. I've been working hard.
