Comments:
2*hills then 10 min tempo, 2*hill of death then 6 min tempo, final hill and 2 min faster run. Felt sore in a good way. My back did not really bother me at all until close to the end, and not nearly as bad as the faster workouts. Legs and tight burned, but no more than what they should have had.
