I saw this workout on the Competitor website - it's billed as a good workout for those looking to get back into speedwork after a hiatus. That describes me to a T so I thought I would give a shot. In a nutshell, the instructions are, run 400m, 400m, and 800m at 5K pace with 1:30 walking rest after the 400s and 3:00 walking rest after the 800s. Overall I felt good, the 4th set was definitely the toughest.
