first some pullups. bullshilt

Squatted first time today. did like 4 sets of 10 with 45lbs, just the bar. everything was good, left knee kind of tight. glute felt good.

Deadlifted 65lbs for like 3x10. felt pretty good. i see how i dont actually generate a lot of force on this movement.

lower back was feeling a little sore, on the left side, but no glute problem
