Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 1545: Very cold (30F) and windy

Comments:
Planned to try to run 3.1 slow miles on the HHS Track. Ran 1.5 laps, then walked a little because of a little right foot pain. Ran another lap then decided I better stop in order not to undo recovery up to this point. An hour later, I can still feel it, but it's not too bad.
