So this week my training fell off. I feel really bad and I do want to run but things just coming up. I felt really awful this day and I had to get ready to go to ramapo. My pace was 8:40 and I was crawling. I was gonna do 6 and the 200s but cut it short and decided I'd try to fit it in thursday
