Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was super nervous because my last real run was tuesday, and my last real workout was monday. I really wanted the DMR to qualify for ECACs I think if we get another shot at it we can definitely cut off 15 seconds. During the race, I kept forcing myself to not slow down the 3rd lap. In all I feel good about my race, I was definitely more consistent. I hope to run 2:30 by the end of the season, possibly break that.
