Comments:
Today My goal was to do a 2 mile warm up, 1 mile time trial, and then a 1 mile cool down. I could kinda tell from my warm up that I was not feeling well. I did strides and every time I did that, my knee bothered me. I did some drills, but didn't do that much to help. I tried to do the time trial, but was running horrible so I stopped halfway through.
