Comments:
woke up to get the hills done early with wyatt and david. my foot hurt a little when i woke up and i assumed it was really anything. after warming up and doing 4 hills, it wasnt going away. so i stopped and cooled down. i dont know much about feet so i used the internet to try and find out what is wrong. this only made me think its a stress fracture. which would suck. but i feel like (or at least hope) i'm wrong, and since i am not a doctor i wont judge too soon. i will see the trainers on tuesday since i dont think they are in on weekends, so navein says.
