The First Run

Well, this was my first serious run of the season. I have been busy most of the summer, and this is the first practice I have been able to/wanted to go to.

We were in groups of 4-5. Me and another person were too slow for our group, so our group split (actually, it was mostly because the other half wanted to cut through the golf course). My stomach kind of hurt after the run, but that's just because it was a long run and my first run.

Our run ended up being around 4-5 miles.
