Easy run with handoffs

Comments:
Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= rice, banana, chicken
Also had a banana and a bottle of water.
Had a 32 minute free run with 4x2 handoffs afterwards. Left practice with a good stretch. Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6.
