League Meet

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= cheese and chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= banana and a pb&j sandwich
Dinner= nothing
Also had 2 bottles of water.
Ran the 600 and the 4x200. After the 200 I felt two pains in my stomach. Eventually, I felt the pain only when I started to stride/run.
Went to bed at 12 and woke up at 7.
