Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham, cheese, and chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= pb&j sandwich
Dinner= chicken, rice, ox tail, vegetables
Also had a banana and a bottle of water.
Went out for an easy run. Near the end of my run I felt a little of the pain that I had at the meet. I stretched afterwards. Went to bed at 11 and woke up at 8.
