Comments:
I ran to Coody Brown's and back. It was suppose to be easy and long. I didn't try and push at all in the first half. Went through the 5 mile mark at a 7:38 pace an felt great. I when I turned around I just tried and maintain rhythm within my stride. I did and continued to cut time for the first 4 miles. I got a little tired of the southern wind for miles 6, 7, and a part of 8. It aided me in the last 2.5 miles. After seeing what I was running I began to push the last mile and cut my time even more.
