Felt great. First 13 miles easy/steady. Ran 3 miles up to the park(mile 1=7:20, 3 total=20:30). Held about 7 min pace on the trails. Closed last 3 in 18:30, including .7 mile hill from the park to Severn Ridge. Good run.
