I took like a half scoop of NO-xplode! Felt not fatigued and def somewhat in a zone unlike not having preworkout.  
180lb for 3x5 on bench. compare this to back in the summer when I tried to do sets of 5 on bench w/ 180 and it would feel terribly hard. now I can pause on the last rep every set and for sure get 5+ sets if i wanted to.  my form is much better and more powerful.  one more thing i want to work on is grooving the eccentric.  keeping the forearm and humerus at 90 degrees at the bottom. 
dumbbell rows. im not doing barbell rows/tbars for awhile cuz im afraid it might re-irritate my injury which has mostly subsided by now. 80lb for 4x8. not bad, no straps. and felt it nicely in my lats. 
OHP. 115lbs!!! def tough. but much better than the summer. if i hit a sticking point, the bar doesnt go lopsided from strength imbalances.  3x5.  
3x8 pullups. no, 4x8.  
incline DB bench. a newly purchased pair of 60lb dumbells. this was tougher b/c of how much heavy pressing i did already but hit 3x8 w/ elbows tucked, no delt pain. and def felt it in the chest
